Flat6Labs Cairo Seed Program brought in multiple world-class consultants, coaches, and mentors to work closely with each of the startup teams, empowering them to achieve their business goals. Every week Flat6Labs facilitated networking opportunities to help the startups build and grow their networks and connect to global leaders.

career path, also Seater is targeting corporates and schools that owns its fleet or not owning it as it can afford supplying the fleet, manage the fleet through its technlogical system or both.
Seater has two business models: The first one is the B2C model where our customer (Worker or Student Parent) can pay the monthly subscription for our services that costs around 45 to 60 dollars, the second one is the B2B model which is a contract between us and the school or the corporate and the average bus costs them around 850 dollar per month per bus.

Copal is an established joint-stock Fintech company headquartered in Cairo since February 2022. We are on a mission to help raise a new generation of financially savvy Africans by introducing trendy and attractive lifestyle banking solutions that give us all an advantage over conventional banks in the cashless payments space.
Copal was created based on the pain points that all Egyptian parents are experiencing nowadays from challenges in trasferring instant money to their kids, online purchasing, and tracking & monitoring their kids’ spending. Such hardships stemmed from the lack of bank services specifically designed for more than 20 million children under age of 16.
Based on an average monthly expenditure of EGP 500, these families generate an annual trx of $4 billion and an annual GDV of $8 billion.
Copal is entering the Egyptian market through our unique product “Copal prepaid card + mobile app” and strategic partnerships with MasterCard, CIB “Commercial International Bank,” and the card processor MDP “Masria digital payments.”
Copal is a member in the Central Bank of Egypt’s fintech programme and one of the listed companies in their ecosystem. Copal also received their first investment from the F6L Cairo seed programme and is currently raising our seed round of investment.
Once Copal has been successfully launched in the Egyptian market, we intend to expand into other African markets in order to become Africa’s Friends & Family money app.
Copal is the Friends & Family Money app, that enables children as young as 12 years old, in addition to their parents, to make cashless payments. Copal offers open-looped banking cards fully supported by an AI-powered mobile app.
The app includes a variety of monitoring and tracking features to assist parents in managing their kid’s spending. On the other side, for juniors, the app provides financial, educational, and gamification tools to help them become financially aware and ready to take part in the financial inclusion initiative and support the community’s transformation toward a cashless economy.
Once the juniors register for the app and receive their personalised cards, they will be capable of making simple payments domestically, internationally, or even peer-to-peer. They will be provided with a variety of saving and investing tips and tools that will aid them to become financially savvy individuals.

We offer a loyalty and referral program that ensures workers are incentivized to work at a high rating and grow the network. 70% of our business is catered to seasonal or temporary workers in which we offer employers the ability to hire blue collar workers off their books and pay them through babrizk. In addition we offer an HR time sheet tech that helps supervisors manage all blue collar workers obtained through babrizk. As the Blue collar worker gains experience through babrizk and maintains a high rating they will be eligible for financial services allowing them a path to financial inclusion otherwise not available for what is now the ever growing grey economy.
We have a webapp for the employer and a mobile application for the workers. We have launched the MVP web version for both worker and employer onboarding and broadcasting. We intend on launching the MVP app version in first quarter 2023. We have partnered with paynas to facilitate issuance of cards to temporary workers to receive their salaries. The employer webapp allows an easy sign up process after which we sign agreement with company to allow them to broadcast jobs using easy roll down menus the same used for worker onboarding to ensure a direct match. Employer is able to fill out all job information and simply push broadcast after which workers who are matched, closest and best rated will receive notifications on their phones and the employer will be updated as to fulfillment of the job card and is able to reject or approve any workers. The workers will also have an easy sign up process confirming their identity and use same roll down menus for jobs they are capable of. Once all required documents uploaded they will be able to receive the job broadcasts. They will have ability to reject of approve jobs with a push of a button and will be able to track their work history, earnings history and incentives they are working towards or received as well as their babrizk score.
Blue Collar workers and Employers of blue collar workers. For the workers we are targeting unskilled to semi skilled in the first stage and expanding to more skilled workers with time. We are starting with greater Cairo (4 governates) and expanding 2 governates per year. For Employers we are starting with Contractors, Facility Management companies, delivery companies, cloud kitchens, Sales, restaurants, hotels, factories, landscaping, agriculture, security and cleaning companies.
We are a success based model in that we charge commission when the job is fulfilled. We charge 50% of first month salary of permanent worker and we charge 10% of daily rate for temporary workers. We plan to be profitable after the second year of operations.

The real estate market in Egypt is one of the largest in the Middle East with a volume of properties currently in transactions exceeding 1.0 million properties. However, it is facing a stagnation due to the large increase in real estate prices along with the decline in purchasing power due to inflation. Although mortgage is quiet the solution (small downpayment and installments up to 30 years), it is not yet common in the Egyptian real estate market due to the difficulty and complexity of procedures, which lead to poor customer service in a complete absence of specialized professional companies / agents providing mortgage services professionally.
The business model is based on transaction fees, commissions from buyers, sellers, and mortgage institutions. Average targeted commissions are 1.5% of sales volume.

The term (“Agel”) refers to the Arabic word (“آجل “) which means (On-Credit), and this is considered the oldest form of trade-finance known to Merchants before banks and financial institutions were introduced as it referred to obtaining merchandises on credit between wholesalers & retailers in markets, and this service still exist in local markets until today, due to lack of financial literacy of Merchants and their inability to access credit from financial institutions.
AGEL has launched an MVP of a fully-fledged trade finance platform to cater to MSMEs in Egypt with a culturally relevant offering; we have developed software combining an alternative core credit engine assessment module, a full back office, and a loan officer module, a three-tier user interface modules, and finally connected the modules with a prepaid card scheme to cover the processes defined hereunder:
Wholesalers App and Closed Loop POS:
This module of the application was the most challenging for us to develop because not only did we focus on delivering the customer experience that appealed to the wholesaler, but also we needed the module to support our sharia-compliant offering. This module is divided into a software component represented in an easy-to-use application that enables the wholesaler to track his sales, calculate his dues, and monitor the performed transfers, in addition to a hardware component represented in a closed loop (POS) granted by AGEL for free.
This module is built in a client-centric mode to cater to the merchant’s low financial literacy and technology adoption while putting him on top of his sales purchases and operations. The module enables merchants to locate wholesalers in the network and arrange them by location, special offers, and/or several sales interactions. Further, the application grants merchants the ability to perform merchandise purchases seamlessly manner and choose the payment plan that suits them in addition to keeping track of all purchase records and bills along with notifying them of upcoming payment dues, overall credit limit, and rates of consumption.
Alternative Credit Assessment engine:
We focused on building our system from outside to inside, so instead of approaching merchants with the traditional credit scoring playbook, we conducted broad market research by which we reached an understanding of the set of information and documents that the merchants already have and are comfortable sharing and build our scoring system accordingly by the identifying the available common factors and setting a weight of each of those factors so instead of refusing to grant you credit for lack of history we enable you a controlled amount that you get to develop by building your history with us.
Agel has started penetrating the market through the fashion industry as it has healthy margins that would allow for supply chain financing. Fashion consumption in Egypt is 20B/USD annually, where 20% is imported, and the rest, 80%, is produced locally. the industry is the second largest after FMCG, and it contributes to more than 5% of the GDP of the country.
