Suzy Maddah

Suzy received her Ph.D. in Mathematics and its applications in 2015 from the University of Limoges, France. Afterward, she joined the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences in Toronto for a postdoctoral visit. And then, she spent a year as a postdoctoral fellow at INRIA, the National French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation. In the beginning of 2017, Suzy became the lead data scientist at VALOORES - Soft Solutions, which is one of the global leading providers of enterprise management and decision making solutions. Since then, she has been working on understanding the demand on descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics in the MENA region; and on the design and development of innovative solutions, with an emphasis on the financial sector. Suzy has been teaching mathematics and computer science courses since 2010. In addition to algorithms, she is passionate about people and vegetables.
