The Scalable CFO enables all small businesses – not just the privileged ones – to get the benefits of a CFO without the cost. We help entrepreneurs to make responsible financial decisions by connecting them with the best CFOs in the region and automating financial decision-making.

Product

We are one-stop shop to setup the financials systems and process for small businesses. Small businesses can get matched to a part-time CFO from our community, but our AI enabled SaaS platform will also automate their daily Finance back-office operations and CFO-level insights. Our initial automation product tackles is B2B Cash and Payment management.

Target Market

We are targeting small businesses with 1 to 499 employees in the UAE and KSA. In the MENA there are 14 million such businesses with an addressable market of $19bn.

Business Model

We CFO service packages on monthly subscriptions and earn a commission from them under the marketplace model, which while we make money from subscription fees for the SaaS.
