Doris Albert Martin

Doris Martin is a Bahraini entrepreneur. She is the CEO of DM Consultancy, specializing in Education, Training & Development and Start Up Business Consultancy. She is a Co-Editor for Bahrain Entrepreneur Magazine (www.bentrepreneur.biz). She is a graduate of International Business & Economics from Northwestern College, USA, and a Post Graduate in College Counseling from UCLA, USA, and a Masters Degree holder of Education, from The Oxford Brookes University, UK. She carries various global experiences working for Ernst & Young (EY) in the MENA region, specializing in the business solutions consultancy, business development, entrepreneurship program, business analyst and talent management. Furthermore, Doris worked in the private education sector in higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She brings more than 25 years of significant professional experience in various capacities, which include independent senior consultant, executive coach, business development, education, research analyst and entrepreneurship. She is an expert in competency based education, employability strategy in curriculum design, soft skills training, business development, start up, entrepreneurship programs and is a member of the mentorship program for incubators CH9, RAWAD, Global Entrepreneurship Network and The Supreme Council for Women, Bahrain. She would contribute in supporting business partnerships, sharing bilingual soft skills training for SMEs, entrepreneurs, Start ups, fostering relationships between academics, corporate institutions and local & international communities, specifically for women and youth. She is a co-founder of the Bahrain Entrepreneurship Organization, an advisory consultant for the Bahrain Society for Training & Development, a former member in the Education Committee in the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce, an appointed Judge for the Entrepreneurship World Cup Global Entrepreneurship Network, a Senator in the World Angels Business Forum, and a Member in the Global Professional Women Network UK. Her contributions would be aligning with the Flat6labs operational strategy to strengthen their international business network and market growth.
