Who Can Apply
Once you are selected to join The Catalyst Accelerator Program, you’ll receive world-class mentorship, innovation-based learning, regional business and fundraising support, a multitude of startup perks and services and much more.
Selection Criteria:
• Your startup should be based in Egypt, Oman or the UAE
• Your startup should be in the green/sustainable sector.
• Your team should consist of 2-3 members

SELECTION PROCESS
Apply
The program call for applications will be announced on all official communication channels, signaling the eligibility for all interested applicants to apply. They fill out an application with questions on their business, their plans, the track record to date, etc..
Interviews
Each team will be allowed allowed a 2-minute slot to present their business, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session from the guests to take a closer look at their technology solution, progress to date, team, and potential to scale. The most promising teams that fit the criteria will be invited to participate in the bootcamp.
Bootcamp
The most promising 20 teams identified from the interviews will be invited to participate in a 3-5 day in person bootcamp in Masdar City that will prepare them for the the Selection Committee on the last day.
Accelerator Program
Flat6Labs will provide the teams with guidance on business matters and offer instructional sessions, combined with extensive coaching, all engineered for startups to develop and scale their solution-driven businesses in the UAE.
Demo Day
The Demo Day will provide startups the opportunity to showcase their products and services to an audience of potential investors and ecosystem stakeholders. This will enable them to take their next step towards follow-on funding and scalability. The Demo Day event will be promoted on multiple media channels, showcasing the startups' achievements.
