Nawah Pre-Accelerator Program
Nawah Pre-Accelerator Program by Flat6Labs, supported by Google for Startups, is an innovative early-stage program designed to empower aspiring Palestinian founders to develop their entrepreneurial ideas into viable tech startups.
The program is designed to transform startups from concept to MVP by providing them with the tools, mentorship, and resources they need to validate, build, and pitch their business with confidence.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING
The Nawah Pre-Accelerator Program supports up to 20 tech startups per cycle. Selected startups will gain access to practical workshops, tailored one-on-one mentorship, and exclusive networking events.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Your idea-stage or MVP-stage startup must present an innovative tech-driven solution that addresses a clear, ongoing challenge and can be applied across multiple markets.
- Your startup must be based in Palestine and able to attend the program’s online and in-person events.
- You must commit to the full 4-month program.
Program Outcomes
By the end of the program, participating startups will:
- Understand Their Target Market
Gain insights into customer needs, market dynamics, and key growth opportunities, enabling effective product positioning. - Validate Core Business Assumptions
Test and refine key business assumptions, including product-market fit, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition. - Develop Early Prototypes or MVPs
Create functional prototypes or MVPs, ready for real-world testing and customer feedback. - Be Ready for Pre-Seed Investment
Prepare to attract pre-seed investment with refined business models, compelling pitch decks, and a clear growth strategy.

Program Process
OPEN APPLICATIONS & SELECTION
Startups apply through an online application form, after which all submissions are reviewed by the Flat6Labs team. Eligible startups are invited to one or more interviews to present their ideas and share their vision. Following these interviews, selected startups move forward to the bootcamp stage.
BOOTCAMP & FINAL SELECTION
The three-day intensive bootcamp is an opportunity for aspiring founders to learn essential startup concepts and showcase their ideas. The goal is to select the most promising startups to join the four-month program. By the end of the bootcamp, up to 20 startups will be selected to join the Nawah Pre-Accelerator Program.
PROGRAM
Selected startups will join a four-month rigorous program offering practical, hands-on support in idea validation, customer discovery, market research, pitching, and early-stage growth fundamentals. Throughout the program, founders will have the opportunity to explore, refine, and strengthen their startup concepts while building lasting connections with mentors, experts, and peers in the Palestinian entrepreneurial ecosystem and beyond. By the end of the program, a selection committee will choose up to 10 high potential startups to present during a special Showcase Day.
Showcase DAY
The program will conclude with a celebratory event where select startups will showcase their business ideas to a curated audience of key partners and investors, with the opportunity to network, pitch their solutions, and recognize their progress.
