Alex Suchy von Weissenfeld

Dr Alex Suchy von Weissenfeld is a corporate legal practitioner with extensive experience in commercial and financial matters. As General Counsel he oversees the Middle East North Africa operations of C+S International LLC from the Kingdom of Bahrain where he is based. He advises clients on corporate matters from formation to restructuring of their company as well as exit strategies. He has advised on cases involving international business law but has found his strength lies in transnational law - specifically the Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Bahrain and its impact on Bahrain's commercial laws - and the field of Intellectual Property Rights. He has built a strong track record in the support of Start-Ups, and the SME sector of the Kingdom and works closely with both Governmental and Semi-Governmental entities supporting those entrepreneurs. Dr. Alex has received his legal training in the United Kingdom.
