In his earlier roles, he has been the Vice President and Head for Business Development, CRM and Marketing at EXL Service Holding, heading the Growths efforts in Continental Europe and also headed Business Development and Operations in EMEA for Stream Global Services (Convergys). Before his role at Stream, Ricardo served in various senior Service, Marketing and Operations roles at Royal Philips Electronics, where he headed strategic customer experience, sourcing and call centre programs, and operations globally.  Ricardo, is a proven industry leader, with over 20 years of global business experience and in-depth understanding of the Outsourcing and Customer Experience market trends and growth paradigms. He has extensive expertise in leadership, big-ticket growth, strategy management, business processes outsourcing, business transformation, customer experience and shared services. Ricardo is a leading advocate and trusted industry advisor and speaker, and has earned various awards and leadership positions in prominent industry organizations and conferences.  Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, and an Executive MBA from Strathclyde Business School. He is also a Certified Commercial Pilot & Instructor, Certified Customer Relationship Manager, Certified Marketing Management Professional, and a Certified Lean 6σ Black Belt.  He has lived and worked in Europe, South America, the US, Asia, Middle East and Africa."
