Ebru Pilav

Ebru Pilav works with individuals and organisations in the areas of leadership, culture, and innovation. She has extensive expertise in human resources having led many projects around the world focused on talent strategy, learning, organizational agility, and capability building. In her professional career, she has held a number of senior management roles in world leading companies such as VW Financial Services AG, Deloitte and Batelco. She also spent a decade working as a mentor and a coach working with various associations for giving back to community. She received a bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University and holds a Post Graduate certificate from the College of Business Administration, University of Maine, USA and Marmara University, Turkey. Currently, Ebru is continuing her studies by doing a Master of Art Innovation and Change, through York St. John University in the UK. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, has a certified professional co-active coach credential, and supports start-up organizations. Ebru is passionate about delivering sustained top performance, working with people to be their best and to align personal aspirations with organisational outcomes.
