Operate is a SaaS platform designed to streamline and digitize the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multi-branched Food & Beverage (F&B) chains in the hospitality sector. Operate allows restaurant managers to turn hundreds of pages of SOPs into an executable and easy-to-use checklists, forms, and a simplified learning management system that gives employees access to resources and training.

 

Product

Through Operate, restaurant managers can add tasks for employees, create checklists, forms, and offer a simplified Learning Management System (LMS) to give their employees access to resources with training modules and quizzes. Through an easy to use mobile app, employees can access their tasks, raise issues directly to different departments and implement and follow the standard operating procedures.
